Who We Are?

The idea was born in 2017 by a group of competent certified practitioners, each working in one of the markets leading organization thinking on how enterprise information should serve to fulfill the needs of each stakeholder towards the achievement of strategic goals of their organizations. Through sharing of ideas and 10’s of workshops, we reached to found management consulting company to provide an integrated set of collaborative consulting services to form a structured discipline for governing and managing enterprise information.


As information is becoming the currency of every organization, we decided to give the company name part of its Prime service: “Strategic Governance and Management” for Information. We are building a better shape for organizations, where everyone, from the board of directors to most junior officer, knows precisely her/his role in the organization towards information handling and what she/he provides and gets from each other towards a healthier and more robust organization.
Our primary role is to help the board of directors and management connecting the dots for a structured discipline architecture. For how proper information flow from Business strategic directions to Planning, Building, Running, Evaluating, Assessing, and Monitoring the performance on how investment in information and business processes should be handled to fulfill these strategic directions and stakeholder needs. Not only from information management perspectives but also from all operational services as well as control services using the latest international versions of general management practices for digitally modern businesses.


Our prime focus is to raise the capacity and capability of the organization’s in 8 main service domains, to get the best use of innovative technologies to do business significantly differently and do a significantly different business also if they want.

Worked at lead organizations in both the Public and Private Sectors of various business focuses at several countries. Has been the Head of the Internal Audit Function; responsible for the overall planning & execution of all audit and independent consultation activities. Has a solid experience in providing full technical support to Audit Committees Senior Management as well as Board of Directors regarding various strategic, and operational matters.
